SHIPPING POLICY

For Brave, it is very important to manufacture all the packs in the shortest possible time. The lead time for each pack to be manufactured is estimated at 2 weeks. From then on, the shipping time may vary depending on the priority chosen.

​​RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY​

Brave Ultralight Gear comes with a 10-day return/exchange policy for all accessories or products that do not have customizable items. The product must be in perfect condition, with labels and original packaging. For returns/exchange, customers will have to contact Brave Ultralight Gear within 10 days upon receipt of the product.

The client will only have to cover the cost of shipping to our company, and Brave will have 5 days to ship back the product. Since the packs have customizable items, those do not apply to the return/exchange policy. One of the most important values ​​for us is the quality of our products. For this reason, our warranty covers any type of pre-existing manufacturer’s defect for one year. The warranty does not cover any kind of damage caused by use or abuse.
